These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Box of Drugs PLLC (“Box of Drugs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including this website and any services provided in connection with the Box of Drugs program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Box of Drugs provides physician-guided emergency preparedness services, including the prescription and dispensing of medications when clinically appropriate.
All medical evaluations, intake, prescribing decisions, and medical records are handled through a secure, HIPAA-compliant medical platform and are performed by licensed physicians. This website does not provide medical care and does not store medical records.
Box of Drugs is not a replacement for primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into these Terms. Services are available only in states where participating physicians are licensed, and availability may vary by location and medical appropriateness.
Enrollment requires completion of a medical intake through our secure medical platform. A licensed, board-certified physician reviews submitted information and determines whether Box of Drugs is appropriate and which medications, if any, may be prescribed.
No medications are guaranteed. Prescriptions are issued solely at the physician’s discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
Medications provided through Box of Drugs are intended for preparedness and episodic use, with physician guidance when appropriate.
You agree that:
Use of medications without physician guidance, or misuse of medications, may result in termination of services.
Physician guidance may be provided via phone, video, or electronic communication when appropriate. Telemedicine has inherent limitations and may not be suitable for all conditions.
Physicians may recommend in-person evaluation, urgent care, or emergency services at any time. You agree to follow physician recommendations regarding escalation of care.
Telemedicine services are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.
Box of Drugs operates on a direct-pay basis and does not bill insurance.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards. Other electronic payment methods may be arranged depending on availability.
Fees are disclosed at enrollment. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation policies, are disclosed at the time of enrollment.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to physician services and refill eligibility ends at the conclusion of the paid period.
We reserve the right to decline enrollment, suspend services, or terminate participation at our discretion, including for misuse of medications, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Medical information is collected, stored, and managed exclusively through our secure, HIPAA-compliant medical platform.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy and the medical platform’s Notice of Privacy Practices for information on how medical data is handled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
