Do you share my information with other healthcare providers?

Subscription & Medications
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, please note that upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to medications prescribed through our service without obtaining a separate doctor's order. This is for your safety and compliance with medical regulations.
Do you accept insurance?
As a concierge medical service, we operate on a direct-pay model. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and electronic payments through our secure payment system.
What happens when I use the medications or they expire?
We will happily refill any used or expired medications for a nominal cost per prescription. In general this will be $20 to send your refill prescription to you.

What should I do in case of a medical emergency?
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Once you're stable, please notify our office so we can coordinate with your emergency care providers.
Do you provide after-hours support?
Yes, we provide after-hours support for urgent medical concerns to our registered patients. The after-hours contact information is provided upon registration.

How do I become a patient?
The process is simple:

3. You'll receive recommended medications based on your needs
4. Once you accept the recommendations, you can order your Box of Drugs
5. Upon completion, you'll gain access to our concierge physician
